Terms of Service

Last updated: 7 July 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Grapity website and the hosted demo service at try.grapity.dev. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Operator

The service is operated by Marcos Segovia Fernandez, reachable at contact@grapity.dev.

2. Service description

Grapity is an open-source API governance platform. The try.grapity.dev service provides temporary, free demo instances so users can evaluate the software. Demo instances are isolated, last up to two hours, and are not intended for production data or workloads.

3. Eligibility

There is no minimum age restriction. However, by using the service you confirm that you are authorized to enter into these Terms and that you will not use the service for any illegal purpose.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the service only for lawful, non-abusive purposes. Prohibited activities include:

  • Attacking, scanning, or attempting to compromise the service or other users' instances.
  • Using the demo to host, store, or transmit illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Attempting to bypass rate limits or access controls.
  • Automating account creation or demo provisioning in a way that interferes with the service.

5. Account approval

New demo accounts may be reviewed before approval. We reserve the right to approve, decline, or revoke access at any time, with or without cause.

6. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Demo instances are experimental and may contain bugs, downtime, or data loss. Do not rely on them for production or sensitive data.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Since the service is free, no monetary damages are payable. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice. You may delete your account and data at any time using the "Delete my account" option in the demo panel or by contacting us.

9. Intellectual property

Grapity's open-source software is licensed under the Apache License 2.0. These Terms do not grant any additional rights to the software or its trademarks.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising from these Terms is Aargau, Switzerland.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted at this URL. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Contact
